ONTAP-327492：カウンタ収集エラーが断続的に発生し、パフォーマンスデータのギャップが生じる

問題

ONTAPでは、スケジュールされた収集について数時間ごとにカウンタ収集の失敗が断続的に報告され、次のエラーメッセージが表示されます。
'Failed to collect and send counters for calculated datastore "agent_1" for cloud agent instance "static". Reason: entry doesn't exist.'
