ONTAP-327492：カウンタ収集エラーが断続的に発生し、パフォーマンスデータのギャップが生じる

問題

ONTAPは、スケジュールされた収集について数時間ごとにカウンタ収集の失敗を断続的に報告し、
「Failed to collect and send counters for calculated datastore "agent_1" for cloud agent instance "static"」というエラーメッセージを表示します。理由：エントリが存在しません。
これらのエラーを確認するCLIコマンドは
、「cluster agent collection history show -fields type、state、error-details」です。
