During an ANDU a LIF was taken down with the following error as it was unable to migrate to its failover target:

Tue Nov 12 01:35:58 -0800 [cluster01-01: vifmgr: vifmgr.lifdown.noports:alert]: LIF cluster01-01-b (on virtual server 20), IP address 192.168.x.x, currently cannot be hosted on node cluster01-01, port a0a, or any of its failover targets, and is being marked as down.

The LIF was found to have a conflicting failover policy and failover group.
