HDDエラーがないディスクで高レイテンシ

• ハードディスクドライブ（HDD）を搭載したCloud Volumes ONTAPシステム

• エンドNAS / SANユーザのレイテンシが増加
• qos statistics volume latency show  ディスクのレイテンシの秒数を指しますが、ディスクのヒストグラムの統計では8ミリ秒以下と表示されています。

• high io_queuedがディスクオブジェクトに表示されるのは1つのディスクまたは少数のディスクのみで、通常は1つのディスクのみ
• イベントログに、単一ディスクのハードウェアエラーが記録されていない。また、シェルフまたはスタックに、単一ドライブのI/Oキューイングの原因となる可能性のあるその他のハードウェアの問題が記録されていない
  • ドライブを使用停止にすると、I/Oキューが別のディスクに移動することがあります。

例： statistics Command disk オブジェクトがディスクのキューイング状態を示し、ディスク0c.23.13のディスクI/Oが100%ビジー状態であることが示されています。
