イメージがまだ使用できないというエラーでANDUを再開できない

問題
- cluster image show-upgrade-progressが「Error：Update image not yet available」に失敗します。
- RESUMEが動作しないため、同じエラーが発生します。

version, wait a few minutes, and then
use the "cluster image resume-update"
command to resume the update.
