export-policy-get-iter呼び出しの実行時にサードパーティの監視ソフトウェアで次のエラーが発生しました：
Api export-policy-get-iter failed: Reason: Node node-01 has not finished the cluster create/join process.

cluster joinが失敗し、次のエラーが表示されます。
Error: command failed: Not all local cluster ports have reachability to one another. Use the "network port reachability show -detail" command for more details. Resolve the issue, then try the command again.
