ONTAP の AutoSupport バンドルが作成されていません - notifyd エラー ' エンティティ：行 3 ：パーサーエラー '

環境

• ONTAP 9.3 より前のすべての clustered Data ONTAP バージョン
• 8.2.5 より前の Data ONTAP 7-Mode

問題

• AutoSupport メッセージはネットアップに送信されず、の出力に新しい自動サポートは表示されません

autosupport history show -node node_name  コマンドを実行します。

• autosupport invoke コマンドは機能しているように見えますが、 AutoSupport は生成されません。

Cluster01::> autosupport invoke -node Cluster01-01 -type test

• ノード「 cluster01-01 」（シーケンス番号： 123 ）で AutoSupport が正常に起動されました。

     Cluster01::> autosupport history show -node Cluster01-01 -seq-num 123
There are no entries matching your query.

• notifyd.log をチェックすると、次のような大量のエラーが表示されます。

注意：上記の xmlChar 値は、 message= 部分とは異なる場合があります。

notifyd.log ファイルを検査するに

は、次のコマンドを実行します。 7-mode
> rdfile /etc/log/mlog/notifyd.log
 

clustered Data ONTAP/ONTAP：
::> system node run -node Cluster01-01 rdfile /etc/log/mlog/notifyd.log

注意：この問題の性質上、これらのログファイルは非常に大きくなります
