  • ONTAP 9

問題

  • システムでドライブに障害が発生した場合、イベントに対して自動ケースが生成されません
  • AutoSupport 履歴には、イベントのメッセージが正常に処理されたことが示されています
    Cluster::> autosupport history show -node <node name> -status sent-successful
  • 他の受信者には AutoSupport 通知が送信されます
  • 継続的なメンテナンスのため、ケースの作成が抑制されませんでした
