AutoSupport 配信がnotifydパニックとともに失敗する
環境
- ONTAP 9.7 ~ 9.10.1
- AutoSupport （ ASUP ）
- ONTAP でFIPSモードが有効になっています
- ONTAP AutoSupport
transportはに設定されていますSMTP - SMTP認証が有効になっています
- AutoSupport 配信用に設定されたSMTPサーバがMicrosoft Exchangeサーバである
問題
- 影響を受けるバージョンにONTAP をアップグレードすると、AutoSupportは確実にネットアップに送信されなくなり、代わり
notifydにONTAP 内部プロセスがパニック文字列で予期せず再起動します。
notifyd: Received SIGABRT (Signal 6) at RIP 0x809225c4a (pid 64452, uid 0, timestamp 1682201254) - notifydプロセスが再起動されず、コマンドを実行しようとすると
::> autosupport show、次のエラーが表示されます。
