ONTAP 9.15.1 以降では、次のコマンドを使用してイベント通知用の SMTP 認証を利用できます。

::> event config modify -mail-server 192.168.0.61:587 -mail-server-user mySMTPUser ::> event config set-mail-server-password Enter the password:: Confirm the password::

追加情報

一部のSMTPサーバーでは、クライアントがSMTP-AUTHを使用する場合にSTARTTLSを強制することがありますが、event config利用できない可能性があります: CONTAP-30152 。
