HAが有効なため、4ノードクラスタからノードを削除できない

環境

問題

• 4ノードクラスタ（ノード2a、2b、2c、2d）と2ノード（2aおよび2b） をクラスタから削除します。  
• ノード2b がクラスタから削除されました。
• いずれかのデータアグリゲートにボリュームが残っているため、ノード2aを削除できません。  
• ノード2aは、分離プロセスの一環としてクォーラムへの参加資格がないとマークされました。  
• ノードをクォーラムへの参加資格を取得できません。   

Cluster::*> cluster modify -node node2a -eligibility true
Error: command failed: Could not change eligibility of specified node: SL_HA_CONFIG_ERROR (code 102)     
The requested command isn't allowed under the current cluster HA configuration. Cluster HA configuration is an option for clusters with two eligible members. 
This error message can occur when attempting to perform any operation that is not eligible under a HA configuration, such as, assigning epsilon to a node.
