環境

  • ONTAP 9
  • 自動無停止アップグレード(ANDU)

問題

  • ONTAPのアップグレードまたはリブート後に、クラスタポートがdownと表示される。
  • storage failover show 次の状態概要を表示します。

Connected to Node01. Waiting for cluster applications to come online on the local node.
Offline applications: mgmt, vldb, vifmgr, bcomd, crs.
Takeover is not possible: The version of software running on each node of the SFO pair is incompatible, NVRAM log not synchronized

  • cluster image show-update-progress と表示され Update Phasepaused-on-error 、両方のノードが接続されておらず、 failed ステータスも表示されます。

Status: Paused - An error occurred in "Data ONTAP updates" phase. The update cannot continue until the error has been resolved. Resolve all issues, then use the "cluster image resume-update" command to resume the update.
