問題

ネットアップのコントローラは、 SMTP メールホストサーバを使用して netapp.com などの外部の E メールアドレスに AutoSupport の E メールをリレーできません

。同様のエラーメッセージが表示されます。

  • message: 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay
  • READMSG:554 Mail from user@domain.com rejected for policy reasons
  • message: Access denied: 550

詳細なエラーメッセージはnotifyd.log、 /mroot/etc/log/mlog/notifyd.log を確認するか、組織の Mailhost ログを確認することで、 AutoSupport サブシステムで記録されたエラーを確認することで確認できます。

notifyd.log の確認方法
