ONTAPのアップグレードが「Duplicate initiators are mapped to the same LUN」というエラーで失敗する

- 自動無停止アップグレード（ ANDU ）
- iSCSI
問題
イニシエータが大文字で始まるクラスタでONTAPをアップグレードすると、イニシエータ名を標準化できないというエラーが表示されてアップグレードが失敗することがあります。
新しいバージョンのONTAPでノードがリブートすると、アップグレードが完了しない（例：）ためにANDUが一時停止します。
