  • NetApp ONTAP Tools for VMware vSphere（OTV）バージョン10.1
  • VMware vSphere 8.0
  • NetApp AFF-C190がONTAP 9.16.1P6を実行

問題

ONTAP Tools for VMware vSphere（OTV）をバージョン10.1から10.3（およびその後10.4）にアップグレードしようとしたとき、次のエラーが発生しました：

ログ出力：

1. No Vault server pod found in namespace ntv-system with label component=server

2. Virtual appliance upgrade failed

さらに、ストレージアレイはONTAP Tools Managerで正しく設定されているにもかかわらず、vCenter Pluginに表示されませんでした
