クラスタでパッケージVEのライセンスがありません

• Cloud Volumes ONTAP（CVO）
• ONTAP Select
• NetApp Volume Encryption（NVE）
• NetAppアグリゲート暗号化（NAE）

• CLIからNVEまたはNAEを有効にしようとすると、次のエラーメッセージが表示されます。Package'VE'is not licensed in the cluster.
• Volume Encryption（VE）ライセンスがnot-installed for system license show-status コマンドの出力に表示されます。
