RDB オフラインのクラスタからノードを削除します

環境

問題

1. ノードの削除に失敗し、対象のノードでRDBリングがオフラインになります。

2. ボリューム削除ジョブも長時間停止している：

3. SVMを削除するとエラーが表示される：
