vMem制限を超えたエラーが原因でSystem Managerにアクセスできません

環境

  • ONTAP 9.10.1P2以降
  • FAS / AFFシステム
  • Active IQ システムマネージャ

問題

  • クラスタに対してHTTPサービスが機能せず、System Managerにアクセスできません。
  • イベントログには次のイベントが記録されます。
[Node-01:  httpd: kern.vm.mmap.return:notice]: mmap(2) by  httpd (pid 50065) for size 81920 failed: VMEM limit exceeded, limit 1073741824, error 12.
  • ASUPのapache-error.gzセクションで次の情報が報告されます。

[dot:error] [pid 50065:tid 34395313152] Failed to create an RPC client (attempt #1): RPC: Port mapper failure - RPC: Unable to send httpd: xdrrec_create: out of memory
