HA ペアの再初期化時に 2 つ目のノードをブートできません。使用可能なルートボリュームが見つかりません

問題

新しいクラスタで転用するためにHAペアを再初期化し、最初のノードが完了した場合。HAペアの2つ目のノードを再初期化すると、次のエラーが表示されてブートできません。 

[localhost:raid.assim.tree.noRootVol:error]: No usable root volume was found!
PANIC : raid: Unable to find root aggregate. Reason: Unknown. (DS=42, DL=18, DA=36, BDTOC=0, BDLBL=0, BLMAG=2 BLCRC=0, BLVER=0, BLSZ=0, BLTOC=0, BLOBJ=0)
