システムがビジー状態と報告されたため、LUNを作成できません

環境

問題

• LUN の作成中、システムが「system might be busy」と報告しました。

node::> lun create -vserver svm -path LUN_1 -size 8192GB -ostype solaris -class regular -igroup-name mountelbert
[Job 10802] Configuring volumes - 0 of 1 complete.
Error: command failed: [Job 10803] Job failed: Error creating volume "LUN_1" on aggregate "aggr1" in Vserver "svm". 
Reason: One or more provisioning actions could not be completed. The system might be busy, retry the operation after some time.

• 「sysconfig -a」のような他のノードシェルコマンドを実行すると、システムの遅延が見られます。
• 「BSD-DF-I-K」セクションのautosupportから、クラスタがCloud Insight（DII-Data Infrastructure Insights）で監視されている場合、stale mountディレクトリが表示されます。
