UAPでのアップグレードブロッカーレポートのボリュームのオフライン化

- アップグレードアドバイザリプラン（UAP）
問題
- アップグレードアドバイザリプランで、以下の概要で複数のボリュームがオフラインでアップグレードブロッカーとして報告される：
Vol1,Vol2,vol3 and volX is/are offline. Resolve this offline state before you upgrade your ONTAP software because ONTAP automatic non-disruptive upgrade will not allow you to upgrade when any volumes or aggregates are offline.
- 上記のエラーは、アップグレード前のイメージの検証チェック時にも表示されます。
