  • target この割合は、個々のコンスティチュエントがFlexGroup 内の他のコンスティチュエントと比較してどの程度の書き込みトラフィックを認識するかを示す値で、FlexGroup の取り込みアルゴリズムによって直接考慮されます
  • urgency 値は0~1（または割合）の値で、ボリュームがスペース不足にどれくらい近くなるかを示します。  この値は通常0のままです。
