callhome.sparesイベント 

このメッセージは、1つ以上のRAIDグループに、ディスク ドライブ障害が発生した場合に使用できるスペア ディスクドライブがない場合に表示されます。

  • 対象となるスペア ディスク ドライブは、正しいサイズと容量であり、適切なプールにある必要があります。
    • ディスクドライブが故障し、再構築用のスペアがない場合、システムはデグレード モードになります。
    • これには、 まだ割り当てられていない交換済みドライブが含まれます。 Spares Low Resolution ガイドを参照してください。
  • システムがそのように設定されている場合、AutoSupport（または「コールホーム」）メッセージを生成し、NetAppテクニカルサポートおよび設定された宛先に送信します。
