  • ONTAPでディレクトリが圧縮されない
  • つまり、ディレクトリのメモリ割り当ては最初から小さく、 ディレクトリの内容によってディレクトリオブジェクトに新しいエントリが追加されるにつれて増加します。
  • オブジェクト内でファイルを削除しても、ディレクトリオブジェクトのサイズは削除または縮小されません。
  • 各ディレクトリオブジェクト は4096バイト（1ブロック）から開始され 、サイズ割り当ては増加するのみ
