VLDBでノードがオフラインのためFlexCloneの作成に失敗する

環境

• ONTAP v9.12.1P11
• AFF-A900
• クラスターモード

問題

• APIを使用したFlexCloneの作成は、次のエラーで失敗します：

ErrorDetail(string='Server Error: STATUS=failed, REASON=Volume created successfully but not mounted. Reason: Failed to create junction record for volume <volume-name> on Vserver <vserver-name>. Reason: Node \"<node-name>\" on ring \"VLDB\" is offline. Check the health of the cluster using the \"cluster show\" command. For further assistance, contact technical support.

ServerError: STATUS=failed, REASON=Volume created successfully but not mounted. Reason: Failed to create junction record for volume on Vserver . Reason: Node "<node-name>" on ring "VLDB" is offline. Check the health of the cluster using the "cluster show" command. For further assistance, contact technical support.

• Autosupport（ASUP）ログを確認すると、次のエラーが記録されます。 

Tue Jul 22 04:26:30-0700 [<node-name>:wafl_junkd_vldbcache:wafl.mp.vldb.update.failed:error]: Updating the VLDB "granular-data" property of volume "" failed. Reason: Node "<node-name>" on ring "VLDB" is offline.

• Management Gateway Daemon（MGWD）はオフラインになり、約（<20）秒で再びオンラインになります

注:  MGWDはどのサービスを処理しますか?

Mgwdは、クラスタ内のすべてのノードで実行されるプロセスで、次のことを行います。

• Clustershellコマンドラインアクセスを提供
• 外部ZAPIおよびREST APIのノードへの呼び出しを処理
• 認証されたSystemshellへのアクセスを管理

• コアファイルは自動的に生成されず、クラスタシェルからこのコマンドを実行しても確認されません： system node coredump show
