Vscan が正しく設定されていても、 Vscan サーバが切断され、切断理由が記載されていません

環境

• ONTAP 9
• Vscan

問題

• disconnect reason 次のコマンドの実行時にVscanサーバが切断されていて何も指定されていないと表示される

cluster1::> vserver vscan connection-status show-not-connected -vserver svm1 -instance

• SVMデータLIF とVscanサーバ間のpingに成功した
• VscanサーバからONTAP AV Connectorサービスが実行されており、そのサービスがデータLIFをポーリングできるようになっている。

• ONTAP AV Connectorのログ：

•  Sophosなどの一部のベンダーでは、 ベンダー固有のNetAppソフトウェアのインストール時にFilerモードの選択を求めるプロンプトが表示されます。
  • このエラーは 、 clustered Data ONTAPシステムまたはONTAPシステムに対してVscanのセットアップで7-Modeを選択した場合に発生します。
