POST/GET/PATCH/DELETE operations on CIFS server in workgroup mode was not supported using REST call. An end user could only create or modify CIFS server in workgroup mode through Ontap CLI. This RFE adds support for creating or modifying CIFS server in workgroup mode using Rest calls.
