ESXI VM's that have had there VMDK delta files rebalanced across multiple FlexGroup constituents may see disruption. VMware Error: [FileIO[file] failed. GetPageRed[file] failed] This may be more common on 9.14.1+ since this introduces an algorithm to non-disruptively and proactively move files in volumes that have granular data enabled without user interaction
