ONTAP might reboot unexpectedly while trying to open snapshot files in some cases.

RPANIC:prod/common/wafl/ng/open.c:3799: Assertion failure. in SK process wafl_exempt12 on release prod/common/wafl/waffinity.c:3416: Assertion failure. in SK process wafl_exempt03 on release

This problem is seen only with SMB clients when their shares are configured directly over snapshot directories, and they try to open a snapshot file from within these shares.
