SVMルートボリューム上のオフライン アグリゲートとLSミラーが原因でCIFS/NFSにアクセスできません

問題

  • 1つ以上のアグリゲートがオフラインになると、クライアントはCIFS共有にアクセスできなくなります
  • EMSに以下のエラーが表示されます:
    Mon Mar 28 16:40:32 -0400 [node: kernel: Nblade_CifsOperationTimedOut_1:error]: params: {'remoteBladeID': '00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000', 'cmdRestartCnt': '3200', 'vserverId': '3', 'commandName': 'SMB2_COM_TREE_CONNECT', 'isQosEnabled': 'QoS_disabled', 'lastSpinNpError': 'SPINNP_NO_FO_ERROR', 'localIpAddress': '1.2.3.4', 'lastCsmError': 'CSM_OK', 'clientIpAddress': '5.6.7.8', 'suspensionCnt': '4001', 'dsId': '0'}
  • Windowsクライアントで以下のエラーが報告されます:
    Error trying to access share:
    Share is not accessible. You might not have permissions to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of server to find out if you have access permissions.
    An internal error occurred.
  • LSミラーが正常に機能しておらず、スケジュールされた転送が失敗する可能性があることを示す以下のメッセージがMGWDログに表示される場合があります:
    [NODE:mgwd:mgmt.snapmir.schd.trans.fail:alert]: Scheduled transfer from source volume 'NODE://vserver/volume' to destination volume(s) ... failed with error 'Failed to get volume attributes for NODE://vserver/volume.(The volume does not exist for the operation)'.
  • ボリュームをオンラインにしようとすると、次のようなエラーメッセージが表示されて失敗します:
    vol online: Error onlining volume "...". Modification not permitted. Unable to determine the state of the volume.
