バックアップ処理中にCIFS共有が断続的にオフラインに切り替わる

スケジュールされたバックアップ ジョブの実行中、NetApp ストレージでホストされているCIFS共有でオンライン状態とオフライン状態が断続的に切り替わります。その結果、バックアップが失敗し、バックアップ アプリケーションはマウント パスにアクセスできないと報告します。多くの場合、エクスプローラから同じ共有への手動アクセス（同じバックアップ ユーザ アカウントを使用）が同時に機能します。

CommVault エラー メッセージ：

Device went offline
FailureReason: Mount path is inaccessible.
Check the following.
a. Is the mount path visible to the operating system on the MediaAgent machine?
b. Is the username/password correctly entered?
c. Does this user have read/write privileges to this mount path?
