AV Connectorの入力キューがフルに近付いているため、Vscanワークロードが多い場合にCIFSアクセスのレイテンシが高くなります。

問題

  • 特にオンデマンドのVscanを実行した場合、Vscanワークロードが多いと、CIFSアクセスの速度が非常に遅くなります。
  • 次のメッセージは、CIFS処理が40秒以内に完了できなかったためにタイムアウトした場合に表示されます。

  • AV コネクタのキュー: オンデマンドのVscanが停止していてもscanner_stats_pct_input_queue_avg使用率が高く(90%以上)、Vscanワークロードが   減少しています。
