「network interface show」でCluster Managementインターフェイスが運用停止中

問題
- ヘッドスワップとクラスタセットアップ後、クラスタの一方のノードでホストされているクラスタ管理LIFの動作ステータスがdownと表示された

- LIFは、動作ステータスがdownと表示されているノードでホストされている間も稼働しており、アクセス可能です
