ONTAP AutoSupportは、クラスター間LIFが稼働している場合に失敗する

環境

ONTAP v9.xx

問題

• クラスター間LIFが稼働している場合、AutoSupportメッセージの送信に失敗します。
• クラスター間LIF（e0M）がDNSサーバーまたはメールホストに到達できません。
• クラスター間LIFが稼働している場合、e0MからDNS（xx.xx.xx.xx/xx）およびメールホスト（例：xx.xx.xx.xx/xx）へのpingが失敗します。
• クラスター間LIFがダウンしている場合、AutoSupportは期待通りに動作します。
• クラスター間LIFを無効にすると、e0MからDNSおよびメールホストへの接続が回復します。
• パケットトレースによると、クラスター間LIFが稼働している場合、SMTPポート25に対するSYN/ACK応答は確認されません。
• 関連するネットワークポートはブロックされていません
• ログ出力 / 症状：
