SMB3暗号化によるVscan接続の中断

問題

  • SVMでSMB3暗号化が有効になっている場合、Nblade.vscanNoScannerConnエラーが断続的に報告される
    • EMERGENCY” errors (Nblade.vscanNoScannerConn:Vserver “svm1” has no virus scanner connection) 
  • Vscan接続は、以下のイベントにより数秒以内に再確立されます
    • Nblade.scannerDisconnected
    • Nblade.scannerConnected
  • 問題発生時にONTAPアンチウイルスコネクタログで検出された名前付きパイプエラー
    • [pipe: xxxxxx.xx.xxxx.xxxx][Read] GetOverlappedResult failed, err: <58> _closingQ: [0]  
      Retrying pipe-read for pipe: [xxxxxx.xx.xxxx.xxxx]  
      [pipe: xxxxxx.xx.xxxx.xxxx][Read] GetOverlappedResult failed, err: <64> _closingQ: [0]  
      Retrying pipe-read for pipe: [xxxxxx.xx.xxxx.xxxx]  
      [pipe: xxxxxx.xx.xxxx.xxxx][Read] GetOverlappedResult failed, err: <59> _closingQ: [0]
