A new code logic was added as part of refactoring the code to improve performance after ONTAP 9.7 or later version. Due to a 32-bit counter rollover, an AFF/FAS controller will reboot unexpectedly because of an integer divide fault after 994 days of uptime. Example: integer divide fault: num 18 code 0 cs:rip 0x20:0xffffffffa150e8e4 rflags 0x10246 in SK process callout on release 9.9.1P2 (C)
