iSCSIとLACPを使用したESXiのパス劣化

問題
iSCSIとインターフェースグループを使用し、スイッチでLACPが有効になっている環境では、ESXiホスト上でパスの喪失と回復イベントがほぼ絶えず発生し、ハートビートのタイムアウトも発生しています。
