問題

Oracle Database が、ASA-A90 システムからプロビジョニングされた ASM （Automatic Storage Management） ディスクとの接続を断続的に失う。
問題 1 ： fcp.io.status:debug IO WQE の失敗が NetApp EMS ログに記録されました。
問題 2 ： 該当ポートで SFP またはダウンストリームケーブルの障害が疑われます。
問題 3 ： FC 接続の問題により、Oracle Database が ASM ディスクとの接続を失っています。
