失敗したSCSIコマンドのランタイムIDを確認します。

この例では、LUN ID 302の場合、ESXiがSCSIコマンドを問題しようとしているターゲットはT0およびT1です。 LUNで実際に使用されているパスを確認すると、ターゲットIDが異なることがわかります（T4）。
