ONTAP 9.0以降FlexArray では、耐障害性の機能が拡張され、バックエンドパスの障害（リンクやスイッチの障害など）が原因のシステム停止に確実に対処できるようになりました。
耐障害性の機能拡張は次のとおりです。

  • パス障害が発生した場合でも、一貫したI/Oフェイルオーバータイミングを維持
  • すべてのパスで障害が発生した場合、指定した期間I/Oを一時的に停止します
  • パス障害が断続的に発生する場合、パスを自動的に休止することができます
