VMwareホストで新しいノードからのLUNまたはiSCSIパスを検出できない

• 新しくプロビジョニングされたノードのiSCSI LUNはVMware側で認識されません。
• VMwareの「Dynamic discovery 」が以下のアラートを報告しました
  "iSCSI discovery to <IP address> on vmhbaxx failed. The Discovery target returned a login error of: 0200."
• LUNはオンラインで、適切にマッピングされています。
• 新しいノードがレポートノードに属して おり、 ストレージ上のすべてのiSCSI LIFが   ホストVMkernalにpingできることを確認します。
• ONTAPは以下のEMS イベントを報告します。

注：iSCSIアクセスリストはONTAPのイニシエータiqn.1998-01.com.xxxxxに対して設定されますが、対応するレポートノードのLIFはアクセスリストに含まれません。
