Fortanixキーサーバでボリュームを暗号化できない

問題
ボリューム移動を使用してボリュームを暗号化しているときに、次のエラーが表示されます。
INFORMATIONAL mgmtgwd.jobmgr.jobcomplete.failure: Job "Volume Move" [id 554] (Move "vol1" in Vserver "SVM1" to aggregate "nvme_01") completed unsuccessfully: Creating volume: Internal error (1).KMIPクライアントのログには次の情報が表示されます。
