問題

System Managerからボリュームを作成すると、次のエラーが発生します：

CLI経由でボリュームを作成または移動しようとすると、以下のエラーが発生します：
 
Error: command failed: The Onboard Key Manager is already configured. To sync any nodes with the Onboard Key Manager configuration, run the "security key-manager onboard sync" command. Provide the cluster-wide passphrase initially configured for the cluster
