ONTAP-120710：FlexGroup SnapMirrorのスケジュールされた更新の転送が休止エラーで失敗することがある

問題

FlexGroup SnapMirror schedule update operation might fail with error "Transfer did not start because the relationship is quiesced" even though the snapmirror relationsip is not quiesced explicitly using 'snapmirror quiesce'. But manual update operation will succeed.
