- ソースノードがSVM-DR構成でCHECK_OPERATIONAL_STATE_OF_PEER_SVMを実行
- パートナーSVMから応答がありません
- ASUPからは、CLUSTERPEER-health-monitor-cache.xmlログ タイプに到達不能な動作状態が表示されます。
例：Node01（ソースクラスタ）からnod02 （デスティネーションクラスタ）へのping処理で到達不能と報告される
