iWARPアダプタ交換後のSyncMirrorプレックスの障害

問題
MetroCluster IPのノードで破損したiWARPアダプタを交換すると、リモートプレックスで複数のディスクに障害が発生し、パートナークラスタのアグリゲートがデグレード状態になります。
