ONTAP Deploy：バックアップのリストアが「Connection refused」エラーで失敗する

問題
- ONTAP Deploy
backup restoreコマンドが次のエラーで失敗します。
(ONTAPdeploy) deploy backup restore -filename backup.tar.gz
