E シリーズの NTP が、 DNS / NTP の設定またはサーバと通信できないエラーで失敗します

環境

• NetApp Eシリーズ
• SANtricity System Manager
• NetApp StorageGRID アプライアンス

問題

NTP が次のエラーで失敗します。

送信元 MEL:

The DNS/NTP configuration on this controller is either incorrect or all the NTP servers are unreachable over the network

SANtricity System Manager （ Web UI ）で次の手順を実行します。

Unable to Contact NTP Servers / NTP Query Failed
