交換用コントローラ（ヘッド交換）のケース：
- シンプレックスEシリーズ（SG57xx）の交換。元のコントローラで11.70.4xが実行されていたが、交換用コントローラで11.70.4xより前のバージョンが実行されている場合
- デュプレックス構成のEシリーズデュアルコントローラの交換（元のコントローラでは11.70.4xが実行されていたが、交換前のコントローラでは11.70.4xが実行されていた）

問題

交換用コントローラがブートせずロックダウンされ、 OE L5コントローラ背面の7セグメントディスプレイに（自動コード同期エラー）と表示されます。
コントローラコンソールの出力（dom0-misc-logs-%.txt またはのログファイル /var/log/eos）には、次の情報が表示されます。
