SGWSのアップグレード後にオブジェクトストアに到達できないためにスイッチオーバーのシミュレーションが失敗する

- MetroClusterスイッチオーバーのシミュレーションが失敗します。

- アップグレード後、SGWSファームウェアがONTAP側に正しく反映されません。
