クラスタイメージの検証が失敗し、ScriptExecution Error Initialization failed

- クラスタのアップグレードを開始しようとすると失敗します：

cluster showや他のコマンドについても、ノード、リング、LIFなどに関して問題は見られません。system health alert showの出力も空です。
